Hotel Colee

A 2017 acquisition through Woodbine Legacy Investment Partners, Hotel Colee is a full-service luxury hotel that sits at the heart of Buckhead, a 13-million-square-foot, mixed-used district rated by Robb Report as one of the nation’s “Top 10 Affluent Communities.” The destination enjoys proximity to revitalized buildings, attractions and retailers that have made Buckhead “the shopping mecca of the Southeast.”

In 2018, Woodbine completed a $20-million renovation of the 12-story, 291-room hotel (details here), which included the addition of a dedicated welcome area for the Whatever/Whenever concierge team; new furnishings in the Living Room/Lounge; and a café-style seating arrangement that lends itself well to work or R & R for individuals and groups alike. The new, flexible lobby/lounge layout provides a calm, comfortable and swanky space by day and a dynamic, energetic setting with a DJ booth by night—showcasing fashion, art, music experiences and more. Other major updates to the hotel included overhauling all guest rooms, suite guest baths, hallways and meeting spaces, as well as Whiskey Blue, which received a top-to-bottom remodeling and the addition of a 66-foot-long mural. The renovation also included amenities such as the 24-hour fitness center and 11,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor function space.
